Deactivated/Recycled number

Hi it has been over a year since I used my number. When I tried to log in, it says I don’t have an account. Would there be a way to see if I can get this number back? I need it to log in to a few of my online accounts as part of 2Factor Authentication. Thanks

No I don’t have access to the SIM card. But 1 month ago it wasn’t picking up signal  😞
