Delivery issue

Hi, I ordered a phone a week ago, and according to the confirmation email it should have been delivered the next day. I still haven't received it and when I check the tracking number, the delivery doesn’t exists with An Post. I've checked it with and without the A at the end of the tracking number. When can I expect my delivery to be made?

@Add_07502 Hi there, getting a new phone is exciting and in your shoes I'd want the phone as soon as possible. We do our best to deliver the order the "next" day. When this doesn't happen and when you can't find your tracking number, it sometimes means that the phone is out of stock or hasn't left the warehouse. Can you tell me what phone you ordered and the exact date?

Hi,

I've received an email this morning that my orser was cancelled. I noticed
you don't have the same model available anymore so I ordered a different
one, an S20 FE 5g, I hope those are in stock.
We'll see what happens
