Hi,
I am due my upgrade on the 10/05/2020. Which is 23 days from now. My problem is my iphone 6s which i have had for the past 2 years has just given up, before, the battery was slow and the screen was cracked but i didnt mind too much because i knew i would be upgrading soon, however last week the phone gave up and will no longer turn on. As you can imagine it is pretty frustrating not having a phone and realising that anytime i want to reach out too my friends or simply just browse the internet i have to ask my siblings can i use their phones. I have contacted the three support team through the new and refurbished "My3" app but i feel like they either do not care or are just robots with limit responses because i am getting the same unhelpful response each time i try to reach out to them. I have also tried to reach the support team over the phone which results in "all agents are busy" and through the chat online but there i receive a message that says "all agents are not available at this time". I do realise that these are unprecedented times and ye are all very busy but please if you could please take the time to help me i would be forever greatful. Because i no longer have a phone i was hoping you could grant me my upgrade just 3 weeks (and 3 days) early then when i am supposed to get it. I am looking to upgrade to the iphone 11pro. Please take the time to read this, thanks in advance :).
