Nothing working for me either. 

Same,keeps saying I have registered but then also shows no details for my contract/bills etc. Very frustrating.

@Gurpreet and @vilisd Can you give me more details? Are you getting an error and at which point are you getting it? Are you using your email or phone number as your user name? Let me know

Hi there,
So I downloaded the new MY3 app, upon trying to sign in, it asked me to register with my email instead of mobile number. Once I filled the application I got an error saying registration invalid. No email confirming to validate the email address either.

So trying to sign into my3 webpage, it lets me sign in, however I get the below error stating no active customer/ subscription (attached screenshot) thus unable to check any contract details. I am due an upgrade and wish to shop for any suitable phones.

@Gurpreet Thanks for the info, I know you might have looked, but can you confirm that you've checked the other folders in your email? Such as promotions or social as well as junk?
