Hi,
Yesterday I could not make any calls and send sms, today it even says no signal and does not let me connect to three network. I have reached out to the chat support, but they were unable to fix, stating that the technical team will contact me later and it will be fixed within 24h.
Needless to say it is not fixed and nobody can contact me through my number anymore. Now I cannot even access my internet banking because of this. I have spent over 20h with your support team this week and instead of improving my situation, it is getting much worse every day. Is it too much to ask for the most basic things like sms and calls to be working?

@rickatheros This is not ideal, and I'd like to take a look at this for you. Is there anyone else in your household on Three experiencing the same as you? You mentioned that you have no signal, are you getting "emergency calls only" displayed on your phone? Let me know
