Hi there
I'm a bill pay customer with a non network 5G phone (Samsung A52s 5G). 5G works fine when using another network SIM in the phone, but not for my 3 bill pay account (and it never has since this was enabled for all bill pay customers).
Could you please check that 5G was actually enabled on my account / plan?
