Family offer: Plan discount

How does family offer works? Will the Account holder also get a 20% off his chosen plan when 3 or more members transfer their accounts to him, or is it only those members who transfered to him?

Also, If my 3 family members choose the 3 Bill Pay 100 (which is €35 a month) and the discount is 20% off, does that mean we only have to pay for €28 a month?

I've been desperately looking for a DETAILED step how to do all of this in online, but I can't.

To answer your questions, once you have 3 or more connections on your account you all receive 20% discount from your price plan (2 plans on an account receive 10% discount).   and All About My3 and Bill Pay  will give you more info on Family Plans too 👌
