Finding Old Invoices

Hi there,

I'm looking for find some older invoices but the payment history doesn't seem to go beyond Nov 2020. How can we find older invoices than this? We just need the whole of 2020.

Hi Deborah,

Thanks for getting back to me. I just need to know how to access our
previous invoices within our account. The record only seems to go back
until Nov 2020. I need the one from Jan 2020. Could you let me know how to
do this?

@Ali_03962 can you double check the date the invoices go back? On My3 invoices go back 6 months.
