I have two separate accounts with 3. One for my mobile and one for home broadband. The only number I can view on my3 is my mobile. Can I also add my modem/broadband number to my3? I can;t see how to do it and am trying to keep on top of bills. Anna
Hi Anna, as both accounts are separate you'll need to set up a new My3 account for your broadband. Once you've registered a new account & added your broadband number you'll be able to view your usage & monitor your billing.

hi - I’m having the same problem, and I have tried to register with a different email address, and I have also set a PIN number through chat but it still gives me an error at the registration, so I can‘t register with a different email and therefore can’t access my broadband account. Chat hasn’t been able to help, is there anyone here that can help? Thank you.
