I can’t text to 57557

I’m trying to send a text message to the number 57557 but it’s not working. Can you please help me?

I'd love to look into this further for you however I will need to check the account to see if there is a block on the account that is stopping you from texting 57577. I'd be happy to help you with this I just need a little info first, like what number are you trying to text and how long have you been having difficulties? Have you ever been able to send a text to premium rate numbers?

 

I’ve recently changed phone and provider and this is the first time trying
to send this text from the new iPhone. Never had issues previously. The
number is 57557.
