I want to cancel contract.

I want to move carriers, I tried ringing 1913, but there is no option that doesn't dump me off the call without solving the problem. How do I do this. My contract will expire next week.  The chat bot is useless and obviously I can't go to a shop.

Good luck, I cancelled it 15/4 and still not done. They haven't refunded me and are trying to bill me for may. I had it do it by phone. I think I had to cheat and go through one of the options that allows you to get a live person then get redirected. They don't make cancelling easy.
