Moving from prepay to bill pay . keepmynumber fails

Hi,

 

I'm upgrading a plan from three pre pay to bill pay . The new sim has arrived but the form for keeping my number keeps failing. 

I can submit the codes for each sim no problem but at the end the page just says that it was unsuccessful.

I've tried contacting support via chat but it was no help.


Can a mod please help me out? I've been trying since Friday night.

I am having a similar issue, i am unable to transfer my number when attempting to switch from prepay to bill pay. I am trying to transfer the number online when im attempting to purchase a new phone and the website tells me my number is invalid. 

 

@Annahorgan and @EamonK Hi there, did you select the Bill Pay plan while you were logged in to your My3? Going by what you are saying here, you ordered directly from the online shop, so it created a new number for the Bill Pay account rather than upgrading/changing your number through My3. Let me know and we'll go from there 👍 @Annahorgan I see you've sent us a PM, @LauraH has replied to you 😊

yes i ordered from the online shop . I'm helping my father move from Pre pay to bill pay.

@EamonK  thanks for the update. I know what we have to do here. We need to cancel the temporary number sent out to you as it is a "new" account and number. Did you order a SIM-only Bill pay plan and is it in your name or your dads? Once the Bill Pay plan is sorted, your dad will be able to order through My3 👍 Why do you pop me a PM with all the details so I can advise you better 😊
