I’m out of contract and have asked a representative to contact me but that was a month ago and I haven’t heard back

Sorry to hear that you are considering leaving Three. Firstly I would recommend contacting our messaging support team here who will be able to check your account and confirm if you are out of contract so you don't receive an early termination fee once you leave your contract if you are on a Bill Pay plan. Once you have spoken to the team and you are certain that you want to switch networks then you would need to request a Port with your new network and your account with Three would close once the port has been completed.
