Simply can’t describe the shocking customer care I have received. Misinformation, broken promises and total failure to fix what should be a basic issue over the course of a month and still unresolved. But at least three “ totally understand where I’m coming from”

Same. Three ireland have one of the worst customer service both message service and calling service. As they are either rude or wont help with the requirements.
