The invoices are supposed to be showing up on my account page, but all I see is consumption, not the actual invoices.
Hey @PinoEire, thanks for posting here, when you are on the My3 dashboard, under the allowances remaining you should see a section called Amount Due and in this dialog box you should also be able to see the View All Bills button. Are you able to see either of these options and is this on the app or a web browser?

I have no access to see my previous bills. I can only see the allowance used in this current month.
Can you assist for a solution?

Hi @Three_Niall I'm on the PC, and what you describe is not on the page. I can see the allowances for all three numbers, but there is no "Amount Due" section, and nothing suggests that I should see the bill.
Thanks @PinoEire, is this related to a business account? If it is I would recommend contacting 1913 where the business support team will be able to assist you with this.
