Is Switzerland included in my EU roaming bundle?

Hi,

Is Switzerland included in my EU data roaming bundle? If it's not, is there an add on that I can purchase for use there? I'm on bill pay and my plan is "3 Bill Pay Unlimited SIMO 12m".

@SeanMac Hi Sean, Switzerland isn't included in your EU roaming allowance. There are two add-ons you can add to your account to give you a data roaming allowance. Check out our roaming add-on allowances here. If you'd like to add either add-on you can do so via your My3 account.

Thanks Shane. Does Three plan to add Switzerland to the EU bundle at some stage? Vodafone do I think.

@SeanMac There are no plans currently to add Switzerland to the EU roaming allowances but we're working on new roaming add-ons that will include Switzerland. We don't have a date as of yet for the launch of these add-ons but once they are made available you'll see them in your My3 account.

Thanks Shane. I saw an add-on ROW (rest of world?) plan for 1GB of data. That was €20.

Where do I go to add roaming allowance? I’m in Switzerland for 4 days next week and would like to do the add on in advance

Hey @Add_57976  , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

To apply an addon you will need to log into your My3 account and select the Explore Add ons button to view the Add Ons availible on your account. On the next screen if you select More Info under the add on you will then be able to view which country the add on is eligible for.
