I got my first bill from the new billing system and the direct debit that Three took in April for the past bill is not reflected on the account as payment.
Customer service says there is no payment and no direct debit was taken but my bank is of a different opinon.
Is this just me or does anybody else have a similar experience (i.e. it's a problem of the new billing system).
