Had a call from your loyalty team. Can I confirm whether or not you can offer me an oppo find x5 Pro? The specs read to me sounded like the pro version, 12gb RAM, 256GB storage, which I might be interested in. At present, I have a reno 4 pro 5g, it's great, might not need a phone upgrade unless it's to a pro find x5 model.

If you missed a call from our Loyalty team they in a couple of days, but if you want to speak to them before that you can get in contact with them by calling 1913.

Hey @John09 thanks for commenting under this thread, unfortunately we don't deal with upgrades on the Community and our Loyalty team would be an outbound only team however you would be able to call 1913 once you have reached your upgrade date to discuss options with an agent,.
