Moving Abroad - Still in Contract

I am moving from Dublin to London in the coming weeks and hoping to switch to a UK phone number/plan. My contract runs until July 2024. If I want to switch over to a UK number and account is this possible with Three and within my current plan, or will I need to pay out the remainder of the contract and start from scratch?

@holly_81646 Hi there, yes if you're moving to London then you'll need to set-up a new account in the UK. It's not possible to transfer accounts or numbers from Ireland to the UK. If your contract is due to finish with us in July 2024 you have the option of either paying off the remainder of the contract so it's no longer in contract and you can close the account or move it to prepay to keep the number active. The other option is to wait until July 2024 and then either cancel or move to prepay.
