Hey @JohnKup , thanks for contacting us here, when you advise that you can't get Wi-Fi on the phone is this Mobile Data or are you getting an error when you try to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi connection?
If your calls, texts and data aren't working then it may also be a fault with the settings, if you pop back here with the device I can send you some settings which may help with the issue.
