Roaming add-on

Hi,

I bought a 3 day non-EU pass, and thought that I had checked that it would activate when I hit a strange network. It seems to have run though when I was in Ireland and I was charged full roaming rates later in the week. 

Can I check that if I opt for the 5.99 daily non-Eu roaming rates, that this will activate(ie I will eat charged 5.99 only on the days outside the EU and will not get hit for out of bundle rates) only when I am outside the EU?

Hey @Ty_54674 , thanks for posting here. when you purchase a roaming pass this pass is only activated once you start using data roaming on a roaming network and can't be used when in Ireland. Once you have a pass that covers the country you are in your data will be deducted from the allowances until the allowances expire.
