Hi, just realised I stopped getting bill or account related emails to my Apple @iCloud.com or @Me.com addresses from February 2022.
Marketing emails from Three get through but not anything related to the account (the emails from Three do not go into spam/junk).
Most recently, the sim I ordered wasn't delivered and I had to physically go into a shop to get the eSim.
Help needed to resolve once and for all please.

Hi, @Three_Stacey silly question but how do I pm you? If I click on the link ‘send me a pm” At the end of the reply it tells me I don’t have sufficient privileges.
