Exactly the same issue for me today. I've spoken to 4 people on chat and still nothing. I am not receiving any otps to my ported number and yes was working before being switched over today. I'm an android user.

Are you still having difficulty receiving verification SMS? I'd be happy to investigate this if you are I'll just need a little more info. Please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth so that I can review your account. I'll also need the make and model of your phone the date and time when you last tried to request a verification code and who you were asking it from. Once I have these details I'll be able to investigate further.
Hi, I'm experiencing the same thing on a new Android phone. Ported from Vodafone today. Receiving calls fine, sending texts fine, receiving texts (including some automated) from some sources but not others, and critically - identical to others on this thread - most of the ones failing are for essential services OTPs for things like banking, that were all working reliably beforehand. Help would be appreciated please.

I'll also need to know what make and model phone you're using and the names of the apps that your not receiving the OTP's from and roughly when you last requested them.
