Number not ported

Hi

I ordered a 3 Bill Pay Unlimited SIMO on Friday 11th. I've received the SIM and I'm using it but my number still hasn't been ported from my old network and my number is showing up as the temporary 083 number when I make calls. I'd be really grateful if you could let me know when the port will be finished.
