Plan was changed without me confirming

Hi. I was just checking out upgrading my phone and it said I needed to change my plan. I clicked through and it changed my plan but I did not confirm it! It has me on a new plan. I need to be moved back on my previous plan as I can’t afford a new phone right now and I did not agree to a new plan. I clicked continue and it signed me up. It is extremely deceptive! I was just browsing and to see if I could get an upgrade I had to click continue. I did not agree to changing plans and having a new yearly contract!

I'd be happy to help you here, before your plan is changed and you are moved to a new contract you will be required to accept the terms and conditions of this plan and you wouldn't be able to switch to a new plan without these being accepted.
