@Add_00008 Hi there, we do our best to ensure that you receive a text confirmation when you top-up. I'd always recommend that you check your My3 app for balance and/or top-up history if you're in doubt. Can I ask, was your plan activated after your first top-up? Has this ever happened to you before?
@Add_00008 thanks for that. You might have seen on other Prepay posts that we have advised that refunds aren't available for Prepay top-ups. What I'm looking to do here , is see if there is anything else that we can do. Did you check My3 for confirmation of the top-up? How did you top-up, card or voucher?
