Remove Insurance Add On

Hi!

I went into a 3 store to get an upgrade 2/3 months ago and had my plan changed (which I am extremely happy with)

But they added an insurance add on in store (she was very transparent that she added it) she told me I could remove it once it starts charging for it if I didn’t think I’d use it,

My bill would be 65 euro but with the insurance it’s now like 88 which is just a little too high for me,

I can’t remove it in the “my add ons” section,

Is there anything I can do? Thanks!
