question on charge on phone call

Hi,

 

I have two sim in my phone, and I used the other sim for this call. Why 3 is charging for it?

Hey @Qx, thanks for posting here. The charges that you are seeing above would only be from using your Three SIM so I would recommend checking your device to make sure the second SIM is active before you make the call as this would be a device setting. You can also check with your second provider to see if you were charged for the call by them and if it's not on these records it would confirm the call was made on the Three SIM.
