SOS insurance charge

Hi there,

I joined bill pay last Thursday and was offered SOS insurance for €6.50 p/m for three months, after which it would be charged in full. I received my first bill and it has been charged in full. 

Would you be able to help me understand why I’ve been charged the full amount?

Morning @Add_09169, sorry about the delay in getting back to you. The half price insurance offer will be applied to your account for sure. You see, it depends on the billing cycle date, the discount will be applied either to your 1st through to 3rd bill or 2nd through to 4th. So if it isn't on your second bill, please pop back to us here 👍
