Oops! What you are looking could not be found

Everytime I click My3 I get the error message 

Oops!

What you are looking could not be found
 
I have been onto customer care 3 time and each time after a few days I'm told it is fixed but when I login again and click My3 the error is still there.
 
I have deleted my profile several times as instructed and re registered and deleted all history on my browser but the error still occurs. 
 
Hopefully someone here will be able to help.

@RGhost_07306 Oh no, this isn't what we like to hear! Deleting and re-registering usually sorts the Opps error, so obviously we need to take a different approach. Can you tell me what sort of account you have?Is it Prepay or Billpay, and if Billpay, is it a business or work account?
