Sim caed activation not working

Hi there 

 

I'm confused. I ordered a sim card previously and the activation process was OK.

 

I recently mislaid mine and got a new one delivered.

Now when I go to activate online I get this message 


Unfortunately we are unable to process your SIM Activation request as the SIM type does not support this type of request

 

The reference number is 13543848

 

I am currently abroad and unable to get to a 3store. 

 

Why does this activation not work but the previous one did? Thanks

There are multiple reasons why this can happen however I will be happy to help you here. Pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address, date of birth and the ICCID number written on the new SIM card and I can check to see why this is failing.
