Text regarding credit limit

Hi there,

I've just received a text alerting me that my account has reached a credit limit of 75 so Three have stopped my services until my next billing date.  I then received another text saying my new bill is now available but has increased for my normal monthly cost of around €35.00 to €77.75, almost twice what I have been paying up to now.  Can someone please explain why this is as I don't think I have made any extra calls and my data doesn't work unless it's connected to Wi-Fi either at home or at work, and you can forget trying to use is away from that

@Add_07249 hi there, going by the price of €35 a month , I reckon you have 3 BillPay 100 plan. ( check out the allowances) Because your bill is €77.75 maybe the reason why you got the credit limit text. Had you received an earlier text advising that you used up your allowance ?  

 

Can you access My3 and check your latest bill? That will show you a breakdown of your events and what was chargeable.

 

Now, regarding your data? When did that stop working? I'm asking because when you reach the credit limit, all services are restricted to prevent further charges.
