Three SIM Flex 5G with 3flex code question

Hi,

There's a new bill pay offer for the 'Three SIM Flex 5G' plan for 20 euro a month using the discount code 3flex https://www.three.ie/plans/bill-pay-sim-only-offer.html

Is this discount temporary or a lifetime discount? Is this plan subject to CPI increases? I'd be moving into it from prepay, what will happen to the current plan I paid for in prepay about a week ago if I move to this plan in prepay?

Hey @Felix_47544, thanks for your patience, this is a special offer when using the code 3Flex and once you have signed up for this offer the plan remains at €20 until you decide to move off the plan.

If you decide to move from Prepay to this plan your prepay plan will be cancelled on the day that you move and you will be moved straight over to the new plan.

@Felix_47544 if you are deciding to switch plans you wouldn't receive a partial refund for the remaining days on the plan.
