Today I see my balance goes to 0 because GPRS fee. My plan is 20e Three Super Surfer but why still get this fee?
We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday @Qx . The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
And one more issue now, why today it tell me the plan expired? Last plan charge was on Mar.1, 28 Days are not there yet.
Hey @Qx, if you topped up on March 1st your plan should be a 28 day plan, is your plan appearing as expired on My3?

But my balance is not fully back yet. Should be recovered to 5 but now it 4.25.
