Wth is going on with the prepay?

You took €90 of my credit overnight even tho I'm only over a week since I topped up. When can you give me my money back? Should I contact comreg? I was over 3 hours waiting to talk to someone so I just gave up. I don't think eir would be this bad but I'm not sure.

I lost 30 credit all my can eat data had to top up by 20€ over the phone because how am I meant to sign in to three when they send an email to a person without internet access, totally unacceptable. All us affected customers need no strings attached compensation for our loss of money

Hi @rburke923 & @Add_31223 We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.

 

Ok, I had no issues only all my credit is gone and it's still not resolved. I'm unable to call others that are not on the 3 network until that credit is back in my account. Do you know when I will get the credit back? 

I can't say specifically @rburke923 as this is still being worked on, but we are working to get this sorted as soon as possible.

 

I'm still waiting for that credit back. When is this going to be sorted? 

Hey @rburke923, thanks for your patience on this, I don't have a date for when this will be resolved however I can assure you our teams are continuing to work to get this resolved.

My plan expired before time on the 16th of March and again on 22nd when it was actually scheduled to expire.

 

Will I get a refund for my super surfer plan?

I was unable to reach out as I was out of rhe country.
