I'd love to help you with this, I'll need a little more info to see where we'll need to start. When you log in to your My3 account, what options are available to you in the 'Amount Due' section?

I do not have an 'Amount Due' section when I log into my My3 account. The only options available to me are 'Allowances' and 'Detailed Usage'.
Thanks for getting back to me @Pat_72428, next I'll need to check your My3 account. So please pop us a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth. Once we've got your details we'll be able to take a look at your account and figure out why not seeing a view bills option.
