Unstable Home Connection

Hi yall. 

I need to make a complaint about my home broadband service.
For the last five days, since around 13/10, my WiFi connection has been constantly dropping.

The service is usable during most parts of the day, but after 6 PM, it gets laggy and cuts out every hour, returning to normal for a moment after I restart the modem. This is completely unacceptable to me as I rely on my Three connection for my job, which involves being on professional calls. A stable connection is a basic necessity for my work, and right now, I do not have it.

I have done my part by performing basic troubleshooting, including restarting and resetting the router, but although the problem is fixed for a few minutes or a few hours, it appears again later. 

Please, can you investigate this matter? My ability to work is being severely affected.
