Upgrade/Contract Extension Order

Hi Guys,

I still have no notification with an order I placed with the sales guy on JV facility

I literally got no invoice/no order number/ no shipping number nothing.

I phoned them yesterday and the last i heard they were waiting on the price plan to transfer over from Three and something about some batch upgrade/update pin or something.

Could somebody please look into this for me?
