Voicemail not working

Hi there. Since I upgraded my apple phone in June, my voicemail doesn’t work. I have called customer services three times and stil doesn’t work.

When I dial 171 it connects me to customer services.

I have been asked to enter **004*087…….# and it still doesn’t work. Please help. I need my voicemail.

@J_L  Hey there, I'd be more than happy to help. Can you confirm what phone you're currently using? And also what troubleshooting steps you've already done to set up your voicemail?

Hey did this ever get sorted. I've got two voicemails in the last few days. I go to call to listen to them and the call just will not connect. Tried turning the phone on and off also and that didn't help. Any idea as to why?? Thanks in advance

Hey @Zoemh1 and @Jodie123 , I'd love to help assist you here with your query, if either of you have received a text notification that you have received a voicemail can you try ringing the number at the end of the text and let me know what happens, it may appear as 17101 however the last two digits can vary based on the position of the voicemail.
