Voicemail saying number not recognised.

Hi my voicemail won’t connect.  I have tried everything I have been advised to do and still no luck. I can’t seem to get any assistance with this. My voicemail has never worked. When I dial 171 it says this number is not listed / recognised. I need to have the voicemail option set up. I am strongly considering leaving three if this is not resolved.

Hey @Maria_87667 thanks for posting here, I can see the original post is from 2022 so I just wanted to check when you are ringing 171 are you getting an error on the phone and what error are you receviving?
