When do i get my deposit back?

Hello, i signed my contract with three in may 2021. I had to pay in a deposit of i think 300 euro which i was told I was going to get back within 6 months. Here we are 9 months later and still nothing, any ideas when this should be given back?

@mert Hi there, I'll need to check your account to confirm when the deposit will be placed back on your account. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? Once I've confirmed they deposit status I'll pop back to you here with an update.

Just out of curiosity, did you eventually get your money back? Been batlling the customer service for month and a half now for my deposit and still nothing.

I have pretty much same issue here. I'm trying to resolve it through the chat in myThree app but everytime I get connected they tell me the deposit will be issued by next bill...
