When will I get my deposit back?

When starting the contract (17.12.2022) I was told that after 6 months the deposit will be refunded. I have paid up 6 bills by now and was wondering when the refund will happen? Everytime I contact someone using myThree app, I get different answer. I would appreciate any help, thank you.

@Piotr_57231 Hi Piotr & welcome to the 3Community. When you spoke with our care team did they advise they'd reach out to our deposits team to get an update for you?

Hi, some time ago the care team informed me that within 24h the deposit will be added to my account. I then connected to the care team again to find out if it was, but I was told to wait again without any solid answer as to how long and why.
