when dialling UK mob&landline numbers I get my voicemail

@RichM71, that's a very weird one. Can you talk me through this? What number are you using for your VoiceMail?

thanks for getting back to me Deborah. I use my personal mobile for work and when I dial UK numbers (office and customers) it automatically connects to my voicemail as if I have dialled 171. Weird I know. I have to use our landline for work !

Extremely odd, I'll need to send this on to our tech team. Send me a PM with your full name, number, address, and date of birth. It'd be great if you can include examples of UK/NI numbers and times/dates you called them 👍
