@Tony73 Hi there, there are a few reasons why your bill is higher this month. One of the main reasons is usage outside of your plan. Another reason is changing to a new plan most of which are paid in advance. So if your old plan was paid in arrears and your new one in advance, then your first bill after switching over is usually higher. We have a 3MadeEasy blog about this.
