How to Replace/Activate My SIM Card
You might need a new SIM card if yours is lost, stolen, damaged, or if you simply require a new SIM card small enough to fit into your new device.

There are a few ways to get a new SIM card:
- Place an online order for an eSIM, here.
- Visit your local Three Store if you require a physical SIM card. Use our Store Locator tool to find your local store. (Important: remember to bring photo ID with you if you are planning to purchase a SIM in a Three store.)
Please note that you can avail of up to two free replacement SIM cards in one year. After that, each new SIM costs €15.24, ex. VAT.
Once you have received your replacement SIM card, navigate over to three.ie to activate it.
Please note that replacement SIM cards for Business accounts can only be requested and activated by the account’s authorised contact.
