Lost or Stolen Phone
If your phone has been lost or stolen, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Report it. If you believe your phone was stolen, you should report this to the Garda station in the local area as soon as possible. Please note that reporting your stolen phone is also a requirement if you are covered by phone insurance.
- Contact Three Customer Care. Next, you should contact Three Customer Care, so that we can suspend your device, preventing any unauthorised use by the thief.
How to Reactivate my Phone?
With a Three Business account only, the authorised contact can reactivate or request and activate a new SIM card.

A new SIM can be requested online here, via Three Customer Care by calling 1913, chatting with our Business Messaging team, or in your local Three store.
