Competition win, no further contact

I was contacted last month in regards having won tickets to the academic this Friday in the 3olympia, but having given my email address am yet to get details on the tickets, can I be contacted to have this resolved please? There is a log of the call having occured on my account.

All winners receive an email which specifies their ticket pick up details. Can you check the other email folders such as promotions, social, spam/junk?
