I won a Prize in January Competition but Haven't Received It

Hi there,

I received a call about 2 weeks ago informing me that I have won a prize in the January 3Plus competition and provided them with my email address, however, I have not heard anything more since but have seen that my name and the prize I won have been posted on the 3Community page and so was wondering when I will be contacted further and when my prize will be sent to me.

@shauna123 Hello there. What a lovely prize to win! It normally takes 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of phone prizes. Do you remember giving a delivery address? Is it different to the address on your Three account? Let me know 😊

Hi Deborah, 

No I didn't give a delivery address, I just provided them with my email address and so was expecting an email asking for further details, but never received one. Yes it is the same as the address on my Three account. So when should I be expecting the delivery do you think?

@shauna123 Thanks for that detail. since it's been two weeks (ish) since you got the call, I'd say within the next week or two. Will you pop me a PM when you get the chance, with your address and phone number? That way, I'll be able to check with our Post rooms and warehouse to get a better approximation on delivery time.
