i I was hoping ye might be able to help me. I went on a trip abroad in mid February. Since that time I have not received one presale SMS notification from Three+. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have checked my preferences in the Three+ app and switched them off and on. I have contacted Three support like 3 times now and they have deleted my account details and I have now set up account details (log in for My3 and Three+) twice now and still no luck. I have texted MUSIC several times and still no luck.
I have checked to make sure the number is not blocked. I am genuinely out of ideas as to why I no longer get SMS notifications. I mean I get the shopping notifications from 3 but nothing presale any longer.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Any advice would be most welcome!
