can anyone from three say whether they're going to support this in the foreseeable future? and whether it'll cost less or more than vodafones, and whether it'll be on prepay
Given this thread has been hopping the last day or two…and they haven’t bothered to respond….. even when being tagged… I’m guessing they have zero updates. I’m starting to question if they are even working on it at all.
Good morning everyone, we understand your frustration on this issue and we ask that you bear with us. The 3Community team are not in a position to deliver an update on this but we can assure you that our eSIM colleagues are working on it. We appreciate your passion for wearable eSIM compatibility and we know you will appreciate it when it arrives for Three customers.
@samdd Hi, another way of doing it is by signing up with Vodafone either in the Vodafone app or online and then go to watch app and hopefully that page changes to allow you to activate cellular then. Another method could be to do a backup and reset your watch and hopefully that has it sorted for you. All your watch faces and settings will still be the same, will just have to add cards back in wallet if you have any that’s all. Another method you could try first is resetting the network settings and seeing if that sorts it. Network settings is like WiFi passwords etc.
I chatted with technician and they think it's because i'm using the developer beta, apparently they released a software update for iOS 17 but it didn't make it to iOS 18 & watchOS 11 or something
